Highlights from the week

Swiss systems translated for product teams

Modulor Studio became a living lab where Swiss grid theory met modern workflows. Teams prototyped design systems in under 48 hours, guided by mentors from Ratio Studio and Atelier D.

Night salons on typography and motion

Helvetica Hall transformed after dark with salons led by Severin Roth and Maja Linder. Attendees dissected kinetic type, responsive grids, and the role of restraint in digital storytelling.

Residency teams shipped real features

Residency cohorts paired with nonprofit partners to ship accessibility upgrades, new UI modules, and editorial tooling. Each team left Basel with deploy-ready work and a critique deck.

Voices from attendees

“The week condensed a year of design culture into four days. Every talk was a masterclass in precision and intent.”

Chiara Rusconi

Design Director, Studio Campo

“Swiss discipline met product velocity. We brought the rituals home and our roadmap already feels calmer, clearer.”
